Intention Definition & Exploration of ideas: Careful analysis and attention have been given to finding an area of digital media to begin a focus on.  - My theme is Representations of Everyday Life - I always wanted to do some sort of talk show or game show for a film. Something I could do with my friends and be able to do stupid things. What gave me this inspiration or idea was the show I watch called "The Eric Andre Show" The show is a fake talk show where literally anything happens. They get real guests to come onto the show and then Eric Andre messes with them the entire time. My plan was to do something like this but I thought it would be more interesting and different if I did a game show instead of a talk show.  Planning: What to do. Making and communicating divisions; how to implement them, and projecting their consequences.  - First I wrote down the different punishments that I would use for the Wheel of Pain. I had to think of things that I could actually d...

The narrative of Fern (Frances McDormand), a lady who has lost everything in the Great Recession, is told in Nomadland. We witness Fern start her life as a van dweller and an Amazon employee. She resolves to live a nomadic lifestyle and relocates to the desert, where she will join a nomadic group. She moves in and out of numerous nomad settlements as the film goes, doing various occupations and bonding with various interesting personalities. Fern is eventually forced to confront her fear of attachment and must choose between settling down and continuing her life on the road. The film's conclusion leaves us wondering what will happen to Fern and what she will choose.  Joshua James Richards, the director of photography, and the director, ChloĆ© Zhao have pulled off an astounding achievement. Shots of numerous gorgeous settings, such as wide desert vistas, snow-capped mountains, and flowing rivers, are not difficult to capture nicely in Nomadland. Even the tiniest, least intriguing loc...

By the 1960s and 1970s, the world of voiceovers that we know and love had further grown and perfected itself. While they were still used in movies and on the radio, VO was now being used on television. Commercials were the most common source of voiceover, although it may also be seen on regular programming, particularly the news. By this time, movie trailers had become highly common, as had television commercials for the most recent films. In this sector, voiceovers received a big boost since they were highly well-known in pop culture. Red Pepper, one of the most icon...
